Once you approve the quote, our team proceeds with the repair using quality parts.

Estimates vary depending on parts availability and service queue. You will be updated throughout the process.

Before You Drop Off

Customer Responsibilities
  • Back up all personal data before dropping off
  • Bring the charger and any relevant accessories
  • Disclose all known issues at the time of drop-off
  • Keep your claim stub / job order receipt
  • Settle payment upon pick-up
We Are Not Liable For
  • Data loss during repair — always back up first
  • Pre-existing cosmetic damage not noted at drop-off
  • Units left unclaimed for more than 30 days
  • Issues caused by third-party software or accessories
  • Further damage resulting from previously undisclosed issues
Repair Service Disclaimer: Powertech Computer Center reserves the right to decline service on units with severe physical damage, tampered components, or those deemed beyond economical repair. A diagnostic fee may apply for units where repair is not pursued after assessment. All repaired units carry a service warranty on labor — parts replaced under paid service are covered per the standard service warranty terms.
